Stay away from DVRABoon they are having some stock/finacial problems at the moment. They used to be good but not at the moment. As mentioned, it's isn't illegal, in fact the whole region coding system is a dodgy idea as it probably causes problems with human rights. Just don't sell the DVRAB, it's illegal to sell DVRAB from within the UK that aren't BBFC certificated.

There are lots of sites that provide hack information for free videohelp is the best one. In fact you'll probably get the code to enable multiregion functionality from the retailer as part of the service as many customers will attempt to return a DVD player if it cannot play more than a single region. Only the big name branRAB with interests in price fixing of DVRAB produce player that are difficult to hack.
