Was on FilmFour few hours ago....God that was bonkers. Dunno if it was good or bad but it was bonkers. Very dark stuff, certainly challenging cinema.

I thought it needed more in the way of character progression as towarRAB the end of the film I began to feel emotionally distant from the two main characters. I was put-off by the scenes in the hospital as it apppeared that the old people really were suffering from some form of dementia and I thought that was a tad exploitative. It also needed a tiny amount of hope just to balance out the despair.

I found it quite a bore for the most part, saying that, I did enjoy the Hospital scenes, and the two leaRAB did well, believe they were non pro actors.

I wouldn't say it was either bonkers or particularly dark. Just proposing to be 'arty' ... a bit slow -as anything not spoon fed to the brain Hollywood films tend to feel nowadays- and leaving enough gaps for us to ask our own questions / be left with the feeling of being a bit out of the loop, not knowing vagueness that I guess the women themselves experience, whilst the scenes with the men are very intrusive and explicit.
