So I am debating over whether or not I should buy a sweater that is to be shipped in from China the item's price is C 0.99, and shipping is C 29.99. I am not really sure but I think the total amount would be around $4.50 in US dollars (please correct me if i am wrong). Now of course this sounds too good to be true because the sweater is absolutely gorgeous. The seller stated "buyer may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additonal charges. Item will be marked as gift which may lower these fees". approximately how much are these fees? I really want to know before I buy the item and get stuck with a ridiculous amount of charges from the post office. please help pronto!
