One of the reasons is that because you don't do things, or exercise, you get consitpated. It's like if you don't keep doings things you will forget how to do them...The same thing applies to your body. It wasn't designed to sit and do nothing. Inactivity isn't good for it. Your intestines work better with movement and activity. Sitting stationary isn't good for them as everything will pool to the bottom and sit. Your moscle atrophy without use, they need use to keep you upright and strong. The more you exercise the better it is for your body.
