IMEI Changer for TC35

I'm a complete novice. But I need to change the IMEI on a TC35 chip. Can anyone out there tell me, what I need, how to do it and where I can get the required software/hardware?

Hmm.

We have possibilty change IMEI in the TC35i too.
First we must make little hardware modyification - cost about 50 EUR.
After this You can change IMEI using our software ( max 1000 changes)
