IMEI change on Z500

I have the same problem it just says: Checking serial communication...
Qualcomm diagnostics Interface 3197 (COM5)
Qualcomm Proprietary USB Modem (PID 3197) (COM6)


...never mind. I read a little closer prew. posts.

KUBAT1 if you still have a problem:
Dont click on Get info
Have your SIM in the phone
Click Write IMEI and enter a new no.
Done
 
PS: forgotten

I have used standart USB-cable :-) and 9pin subD 2/3 short on com1

I haven't checked wether or not it works without
 
Hello, Can someone help me my smart assistent decided he wanted to direct unlock BB5 6085, Of course now it flashes on and off. I reflashed phone when at the end i get an error message and the phone remains the same. Does anybody want my assistent. Please help.
