Ok this is a long story so I am going to try my best to make it as short as possible. Ok no more than about three hours ago I receive a phone call from Imagine credit card. I have had an account with them for about two years now. I always paid my credit card bills on time, I even gave them my account information so that they could pull the money out of money account every month. Well I recently became unemployed around October the only income that I receive is from my husband overseas. I am going to be done interning as a surgical technologist next month. The "manager" of the company was very rude to me asking me about my husband and why he couldn't give me any money right now. She also was asking me how come I got a credit card and couldn't make the payment. I swear she must be fucking retarded because I just told her that I am currently unemployed as of October 8th of this year. She was extremely rude, she asked questions that had nothing to do with her. I used to work at a credit card company and I know first that she wasn't supposed to be acting in that way. I spoke to a supervisor and they said they were going to take care of her behavior(yeah...ok) My question is what else should I do about her and doesn't most credit card companies have something if you end up being unemployed, where they pay for the minimum balance for a few months until you are able to find work? That's how it worked at the company I was at
