Image Detection Button Click Coding Question?

I want to know how I can write a program that is able to detect an image that i give it (bmap or jpeg or w/e) and then be able to click the location of that button. I know how to program just not how to do this. Or if there is any other way i can get it to click what i want not using a coordinate system. Plz help, thanks.
