...about a foreign leader who changed.? who has made some sort of difference. We have to answer the question: "What is the perception of your leader in history?" and prove if they deserve that perception.

But I don't know who to do. Gandhi, Stalin, and Hitler are already taken.

Please help.

Kim Jong il used a military-first policy in to lead help his country regain power after years of flooding and famine in the ealry 90's. With this policy in effect there has been a positive growth rate for the country since 1996 but the country still depends on foreign aid for food.
