I'm writing a Fantasy Book. Help?

Its a fantasy book, its got elves, witches, wizards, and vampires. Now I was wonder, Should my vampires have cold skin? or warm? If warm, how would it be warm? I really need help. And should they have fangs? or just sharp teeth? Ideas? What should they do in the sun? (Not sparkle) Nothing or burn? I don't know. Help needed please! x
