recommendation for the company, ideas? We have to do an internal and external analysis and then suggest an idea and how to implement it. The main problem is that everything thing that I come up with I find that they have already done. I was thinking of saying enter an emerging market like Russia, India, China, or Brazil, but they have done this. I am considering going with the idea of making the Prius its own line of solely hybrid cars. I would welcome any suggestions however.
