The car is driving fine, no shaking, etc...But when I am driving 35-45 mph, there is a flipping/rattling noise (like playing cards in bicycle spokes) in addition to a loud engine noise. If I take my foot off of the gas, both noises stop within a few seconds. I've noticed that the noises are really bad in the morning, but are not as frequent later in the day when driving home.
