I'm a 17 year old girl and i dont want to bulk up i just want leaner muscles and i wanna lose fat on my legs but not gain alot of bulky muscle. I'm set with cardio and i eat a good diet but im not sure how much weight i should be using. For lunges/squats etc. i use hand weights that are about 8 pounds so idk if thats a good weight or not. also at the gym i use the leg machines like the leg press and some others. i use 40 pounds for those machines and it doesnt seem that hard but i dont wanna put too much weight to the point where ill get bulky. also i usually do 3 sets of 15 for each machine. any help?!
and also how much weight for side bends to get rid of love handles?
