I'm with Fido. How do I obtain my PUK?

Well, I was being an idiot & I got locked out of my own SIM card ):
I emailed Fido about getting my PUK, but it'll take them 2-3 days to reply.
Should I call customer service or go to a Fido store?
Help please ):
