Yesterday I booked three tickets to see Frankie Boyle via the venue website, they asked me to set up an account with the website to book so I did and got the e-mail through to say thank you for opening an account with us. So I carried on and booked the tickets and a screen came up to say thank you very much for booking 3 tickets, . However, I didn't get an e-mail to say thank you for booking the tickets. They were £20 each and it's charged me £40 and come up on the bill as something to do with Berlin (I thought maybe that's where the production company is or something?), I'm going to have to ring them tomorrow but for now I'm very worried as we struggled to find seats in the venue that were three together.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on what could have happened? And what can I do about this if something has happened?
