IM upgrade on samsung rant?

I was trying to get in to my email from MSN and when it was about to load it said there is a new upgrade and the options were "upgrade" or "cancel" so I put upgrade then on top it it said mobile shop then no new items available and then it just exit out on its own

can somebody tell what to do.

oh, yea and this an exchange because the last rant I had, had the same problem
