im unable to connect to wifi on my nokia e5 why????? plz help fast?

when i press start web browsing it asks me for the security code and when i enter it it automatically returns to the stanby mode as if i just turned the phone on and by the way i used to save the connection now i cant and it asks me now for the code of the preferred connection!!!!!! plz help fast:/
