amendment.? I know that adults are not supposed to offer sexual content to children and that it is illegal, but are children allowed to write/draw/offer sexual content on the internet? Explicit websites block, require age verification and give warnings, etc, as required by law, but I am curious if there is a law regarding this. Thank you!
