I want to make the change and I've been getting better slowly, but I can't give up the sweets and if I have one, I have to eat 30! Just like right now, I had one milkyway square and I have so far eaten 12 more pieces, 7 double oreos. ANd for breakfast I started with one dranola bar and ended up eating 4. It just a problem thats just keeping me at 160 lbs at 5'6.
And for exercise I've been overall just more active, playing some tennis once in a while, taking walks, taking the stairs things like that. But how to I overcome this eatting problem? I can NEVER haev JUST 1 of anything!
