I usually run on the treadmill, this bike thing, and the elliptical.
My main place to lose weight are the back of my thighs. Yeah yeah i always hear target weight is impossible, i dont believe that.
I just want to know what can help me lose or get results in the long run when im at the gym
if you go, do you have a rountine? if so what is it?

Im 5"6 and im 145. Seems ok but I have alot of fat, my thighs are my worse. i have that celluite stuff badly and its nasty for an 18 year old to have.
P.s. im not just focused on losing weight in my thighs, just mainly everywhere. my arms and upper body are fine, im just really weak
