Im trying to lose weight, but i eat chocolate every day?

I eat healthy, BUT I ALWASYYSSSs have to get that little bit of chocolate in there, today, it was one reseses cup, yesterday, oreos,
How do i stop myself from eating chocolate? cause i know its not helping me,
 
Perhaps you don't have to completely cut out your chocolate.

Say, you have a chocolate bar...
What if you were to cut it into three chunks, one for each day?
That way, you'll satisfy your craving for chocolate, but you'll be cutting down the amount of chocolate you take in.
If you cut it into three pieces, the bar will last you three days.
Even cutting the chocolate piece in half at first will help lower the intake.
Then, you can maybe gradually make the daily pieces smaller by dividing the chocolate into more pieces.

When you get the urge to eat chocolate, sit down and do nothing but observe your thoughts for five minutes. It should be like watching a river. If you get lost in the flow of your thoughts, gently refocus.

After that, consider your urge to eat chocolate. Most of the time you will find it trivial and easily defeated. And when you don't, a little chocolate isn't really that bad anyway.
 
try eating low fat, or low sugar dark chocolate. dark chocolate is good for you.also, get the funsized ones so you wont over eat
