you only lose muscle when you starve your body. once your body is in the brink of almost dying your body actually starts to eat away at your muscles to get the nutrient that you are depriving it of so im sure youll be fine..
 
Well assuming you are a guy, lots of cardio should help you lose the fat while keeping the muscle and drink tons of water and lift tons of weights. Eat a diet consisting mainly of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. Take fish oil supplements to get your healthy fats. Good luck
