My dad is forty five years old. He has been smoking since he was sixteen. He is a heavy smoker. He now works two jobs, seven days a week. He works from 6AM to 7pm. I am very concerned about his health, but test results from his doctors indicate nothing bad. However, I want to be cautious. We are Chinese and so our meals at home are heavily based upon rice, vegetables, fish, soup and meat, respectively. We don't use a lot of fat in our foods, and only olive oil. He eats pretty healthy. He does not eat fast food much, only IN-N OUT Burger about twice a month, maybe Taco Bell once a month. He does, however drink Coke and 7-Up. I am now the chef of the family and I want to prepare meals that are beneficial to his health. I don't want anything bad to happen to him so I want to make the best meals that are heart healthy. Thanks.
