I have a court order to pay child support and provide medical insurance, the medical insurance is not being used therefore the money that i pay for it is being wasted. Thus i can use the money wasted to increase the child support. I need a contract that my ex would agree with to allow her to ask the court to release the order and allow me to voluntarily pay support directly to her.
