Im trying to download samsung pc studio for windows 7 and it keeps saying...?

that I need to log in as administrator? What does that mean and how do I do it!

Got a new laptop with windows 7, samsung pc studio disc i got with phone only does vista or xp so am just trying to download lastest version for windows 7.

Any help appreciated - please note I need precice instructions!! Computer novice!
