i'm trying to download adobe flash player 10..but it's giving me

trouble!!!! anyone know how to do this? ok. i'm on the flash player page and everything.
-i click"agree and install now"
i click it n it doesn't work.
at the top of the page is that little bar that comes up, it says "Internet explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled. Click here to manage, disable, or remove your add-ons."

to install adobe flash player it says i need java script enabled...

ok. well when i click on "manage add ons" there is no "java script" in the list at all... ???? anyone know what i might be able to do??

any suggestions appreciated.. thanks
 
Javascript isn't an add-on. You can find instructions to enable javascript in the link in my sources below.

In the same panel, you will probably find a setting to enable add-ons, if you've disabled them.
