im trying to build a 3 wheeled go kart, will a 80cc bicycle engine suffice enough power?

im trying to make a go kart with three wheel, 2wheels for steering and 1 for drive. steering front btw... so i was wondering if a bicycle engine kit would give enough power for it. im thinking go kart with me on it will be around 210- 235 lbs. the bicycle engine states that it has 3 avg hp and 5-6 hp max. im a 14 year old so please elaborate for me. ty!!!
