I'm trying to backup my mom's PC but when ever I try to write her files to a

DVD a box pops up saying:? I'm trying to backup my mom's PC but when ever I try to write her files to a DVD an error occurs indicating that some attached files will not be copied with the original files ... I then press ok but it fails to copy them ...
I tried to move some of them to a memory stick and it worked .. but when I try to Burn exactly the same files it doesn't
any suggestions?

I also have tried to compress her entire files and burn them but to no avail
