I'm tired of always being hungry.

Every day. Every hour of every day. It seems no matter how much I eat I'm still hungry. I can eat an entire turkey. A live one. And, assuming I don't die of a mysterious disease first, I'll be hungry a half hour later.

I'm skinny as fuck. I'm a lazy fucker. When I'm not working, I'm here, sitting on my ass gorging myself on foods that will probably give me a heart attack in the next 3 years.

And yet... I'm skinny. Probably one of the skinniest people you will ever e-meet. And I'm hungry. I could eat all day and still lose weight.

tapeworms don't eat food. they absorb nutriets directly though their cuticle. Plus, he wouldn't just have one tapeworm, he would have hundreds.

In other news, try eating at taco bell. I eat 3 of their half pound buritos and almost explode. Make sure you eat 'em fast too. there is just no other way.

You can easily just throw a potato in the microwave for 6-9 min depending upon the size. Throw in some sour cream and some canned chili you cook in the microwave. That will fill you up a bit better than potato chips + soda. Don't eat this recipe too too often though as it is full of cholesterol and sodium (though the potato by itself is of course fine). Another good thing to cook is rice. Get a rice cooker and learn how to use it. It's very easy, and rice is stupidly cheap, so it will eventually pay for itself. You can put butter, salt, and pepper on it, or you can mix it with baked beans, that's good too. Make sure to eat some vegetables and fruit, you don't want to become malnourished from lack of vitamins/minerals or get scurvy or some nasty shit like that.

Then I would bet you are always hungry because you do not have any stable protein in your diet.

Cooking is very easy. Go to the store. Buy meat. Turn on the oven around 375. Put salt, pepper, season salt, garlic, onion on meat. Cover with foil. Put in the oven when the oven says preheated. Check it every 20 minutes. When the outside of the meat is dark brown it is cooked. Then eat the meat. Not beat it.

This will work for jsut about any meat in the planet. From chicken to london broil.

If you have a big pan, you can also add potatoes, carrots (you can buy baby carrots and just throw in the whole bag) baby onions, chives, shoots, cabbage (good on corned beef). Corn, greenbeans. All this stuff you can buy frozen and for less than a dollar a pound.

The veggies will cook as the meat does. OR You can microwave or boil the veggies seperately.

PS: If you have a deep glass 13 to 15 inch pan, you can buy a roast and do the same thing. You can also cover your meat and veggies with bbq or other sauces you buy at the store. This is very easy if you have a pan that is 2-3 inches deep. Poor half the bbq (or other, like teriakki) sauce over the meat. Fill the rest of the bottle with water. Shake. Poor the rest over the meat. This keeps the sauce from getting crusty and gross. Then add your veggies.

The whole process, not including shopping and oven time is like, less than ten minutes. Depending on the size of the meat, it will take half an hour to two hours to cook. Each pound is about an hour I think.

aah..DG stole my little glory...

protein is very very important, when I started off being an vegetarian I often ate to little protein so I always had a constant hunger. but now I eat soy, beans. lents etc :happysad: almost never hungry..so protein is REeeally important..

With chicken and pork there's the risk of food poisoning if it's at all undercooked. A better way to test for whether it's done for these is to poke it hard with a skewer. If the juices that run out of the hole are clear, it's cooked. If they're in the slightest bit pink, it's not safe to eat. Or cut it in half and look at the insides to see if they're pink, but if you need to check multiple times you end up with quite small pieces.

I've known people before who just have a rediculously fast metabolism, and just have to eat small meals all day long instead of the normal three meals a day. My advice, be grateful. Most of us have to battle with getting chubby if we eat everything we want. You probably have alot of energy all the time too. So quit bitching.
