I'm tired all the time...

I'm a 27 year old mother of 2 and I have 0 energy. I thought it was due to being inactive but I'm working now (part-time) and I try to get my kids out to play with them but I'm just so freaking tired all of the time. Could this be a vitamin deficiency? Should I try taking supplements? I'm still breastfeeding my youngest and haven't taken prenatals in awhile. I feel badly that I have no energy to play with my kids.

ament: get your thyroid checked and your adrenal glands. Getting the vitamins checked is also a good idea. You could also be anemic. Ask the doctor to give you a full work up.

It may be a good thing to have your ANS tested. Your autonomic nervous system may be depleted. A simple tool to evaluate this is the Inner Balance Scan from Biocom.

You may look your Autonomic nervous system. With a Heart Rate Variability analysis you can monitor your SDNN and see if it is repressed. This will also affect your immune system. Biocom has many HRV devices on the market so you may look for a therapist that has a system in your location.

I would definitely call your doctor! I went through, still going through all of that now...I ended up with a B-12 Deficiency, very anemic (Had an Iron Infusion that helped a ton) and a IgG Subclass 1 immune deficiency! It is worth having a few test done to see what is going on...I wish you the best!
