For a year or so now, ive been really hot on the toyota celica ST185 body style. Im thinking of finding a celica around 2k and throwing maybe another 2k into it. I do have intentions to be rough with the car, I do want to take it on some moderate dirt roads and have some fun! Just looking for peoples '2 cents', on the car, and maybe some good rally info.
What I in vision is; to pick the car up within the month, restore the car to great working condition. before I start school in the spring. Im trying to have a fun, moderate rally car, that i can use as a daily driver without problems. Cheap parts, easy to work on. Im not educated under the hood, but i would really like to learn. I eventually want to rebuild engine etc...
If anyone has owned/driven a 90-93 celica, can i hear how you liked the car? did you have alot of issues? and would you recommend the car?
