Im thinking of having a Htc Touch 2 and i need a bit of help ?

I am thinking about having a Htc Touch 2 it is second hand and its opend up to any network my main concern is that my network is 3 and its also a contract so i have so much internet on the phone. i was wondering if i brought this phone would i be able to unblock the internet so i can use my 3 provider thanks
