...don't know where to start....? I've never worked out before so I don't know exactly how to begin. What warm ups would you recommend before actually beginning the work out? Do you start lifting the weights your most comfortable with and then work your way up as you get stronger? What part of the body is it best to start working on? and how often should you work out?

I do apologise for the amount of questions asked, but I really don't have a clue :P Thank you for all your answers.
 
start with a brisk walk on the treadmill that turns into a light jog. Do this as long as you can for about 15 minutes. Eventually you will want to work up to a run for 30 minutes. Then start with some weight training, several reps, but it doesn't have to be a lot of weight. ( I am assuming you want to tone and slim? if you want to bulk up disregard my advice) Do arms one day and legs another. Finish the toning session with core, and keeps that pretty intense and do core at every workout. Then spend 10 minutes on the stair master to cool down. Stretch. Good luck
