...don't know where to start....? I've never worked out before so I don't know exactly how to begin. What warm ups would you recommend before actually beginning the work out? Do you start lifting the weights your most comfortable with and then work your way up as you get stronger? What part of the body is it best to start working on? and how often should you work out?
