B Blanche New member Jun 14, 2009 #1 ...Excedrin without harming my health? I have Polymyositis. Tylenol does not help me at all and methotrexate is a powerful, possibly toxic medication. Excedrin has been the only headache reliever that helps me. Any Doctors out there?
