I'm taking mechanic to court, should I sue HIM or his BUSINESS?

This mechanic installed a used engine and never gave me a 90 day warranty as promised. There was a leak in the engine and he refused to fix, even though it was technically still under this supposed warranty. I made a complaint to the automotive repair authority and he was instructed to fix it or I could take him to small claims. I tried to work with him, but he still refused to fix it and even tried to get me to sign a form stating that there was no warranty under used engines (way AFTER he installed it). Now I want to proceed to small claims but the business is under his WIFE's name. Should I go after HIM personally or the business?? Will it make a difference? If it is better to sue HIM, how can I go about doing it considering I only have his name and place of employment?
