I'm stressed and depressed and I cant stop eating?

I just went through a bad breakup with this guy that I really liked and for the past two weeks, I have been eating really bad, like a lot of junk food and fast food, and I know its because I'm depressed and sad, what can I do to stop eating and become more happier..any suggestions??
 
Well for starters, instead of eating junk/fast foods, eat fresh fruits and healthy foods :D
Then think about how juicy the fruits are and how delicious they taste.
Think about the wonderful natural colours and take your time in eating them.
Look at the food. Bite it. Chew it. Swallow it.
MMM... doesn't it taste good? Don't you just want to eat more healthy foods?

When you notice all that, you'll be more happy because your stomach is happy in a healthy way! :D
Then eventually allll the depression and sadness will go away ^^
