I'm still hungry, what shouldI eat?

I had a bologna and cheese sandwich on white bread.
I don't even remember the last time I ate today.
I had frosted flakes for breakfast and a cookie around lunch?
Right now it's a little bit after 3:30.
For some reason I've been eating less. I usually eat a lot. x)
 
Well for one, wheat bread is tastier and more filling then white so next time just add that. Secondly frosted flakes is good, but adding a fruit or yogurt would give you more nutrition which might of been helpful. Lastly, a cookie for lunch is ridiculous, eat something whole like a grilled chicken salad and then maybe the cookie.
For now since you are nutrition-deprived already you might want to eat some celery with peanut butter or some almonds until dinner. Drink alot of water too
