I'm starting a shoveling snow job and i have a few questions can someone help?

Make sure you have a shovel thats pretty wide so you can push more snow at a time. Don't spend to much time on one area. 1st push as much as you can then when your done go another time to get any leftover snow like on the sides and stuff. If you have something to take out the ice alot people would appreciate that. Like maybe an actuall metal shovel of a special shovel made to clear the ice. $20 bucks is a reasonable price. And you have to use salt on every side walk you use even if there's no ice it can still get slippery. After the first time you can make a good estimate for the next time. Remember to do the best job you can cause If you do a good job the first time your likely to have that house for the whole winter if you want. Good luck I hope I helped

If I were you, I would price each job based on size, rather than hourly. Like if its, just someone's driveway and nothing else, I think $10 is fair whether it takes you 30 min or an hour. If its a larger area and includes sidewalks, adjust accordingly. And definitely bring salt! Once you get off the first heavy layer, then sprinkle the salt and let it sit while you move on. The salt will do half your job for you. Good luck!
