This is different than most. I had a LEEP done years ago and since then I typically spot for 1-3 days before my period actually starts. I had sex with my fiance Wed. July 1st and my period should have started a few days ago but I have been spotting for 5 days now. I'm 29 and really don't want to be pregnant but basically how long do I have to wait to take the test and will the spotting have an effect such as a false negative? Thank you!
