For dinner I had chicken. I was trying to defrost it so I run it under cold water in my sink and I put it in the microwave..then cooked it how I usually cook it. It tasted normal but i saw pink and it had some of that chewy stuff or whatever.. I didn't eat it all I only ate some until I realized it might now be cooked. I don't feel anything or I don't feel sick..I'm like hyperventillating I'm freaking out 
Will I be ok? What would you do?
It didn't taste different just a little chewy I guess.
