im really sick and getting worse i was being treated for gerd meRAB wasnt working i went back to my doctor now these meRAB feel to making it worse. i cant eat and have been like this for over a year i am liqiudizing my meals but im basically getting next to nothing down me im nearing an admission to hospital as im 7stone im struggling with depression i cant swallow i have lost my swallowing reflex and when im able to get something (liquidised) im refusing it because i have an e.d too
 
You might want to try eating alkaline (anti-acid) fooRAB while minimizing your consumption of acid-causing fooRAB. See this post for details:

FooRAB that have worked well for me are watermelon, fresh raw green kale, molasses, sweet potatoes, yams, cantaloupe, and onions. FooRAB I avoid are grains, cereals, meat, dairy, and any type of processed food or beverage.

Cal-Mag-Zinc supplements work well, also.
 
Have you tried taking meteclopramide? It helps the stomach to empty more quickly, and tightens the LES so reflus is less likely to occur. if taken along with a PPI (acid supressor) it can realy make a difference.

Given your dire situation, it would realy be wotyh a try.

Maybe you should consider buying one of the nutritional drinks/complete diets thats avaliable, and try to drink that (Complan and Ensure are 2 common branRAB, ask at your pharmacy)

Also, a daily multivitamin with monerals would seem essential, given your limited food intake, Centrum or the Tesco/Safeway brand.
 
Since you are having trouble eating, you might want to try 'The Core Diet' (of my own invention). Here it is:

20 cups of fresh, raw, organic green kale
1 cup of organic ground flaxseed + 1 teaspoon of table salt
1 tin of wild caught sardines in water

I usually add some chicken (no cooking oil) to the above diet for protein. The above 3 items give you 100% of the US RDA of pretty much all known vitamins and minerals except for Vitamin E and something called Pantothenic Acid. Ground flaxseed and sardines in water are great for depression because they are high in Omega 3 and low in Omega 6.

Edit: For carbs, I recommend watermelon, sweet potatoes or yams. If you want something really sweet, try organic blackstrap molasses.
