I'm so scared. please dont make fun of me or judge me. help?

ok, so I am 22 years old. I am married and only been with 2 men in my life. I have never cheated on my husband and as far as I know he has never cheated on me. anyway...I found a few little red spots in my pubic area. they are flat. and when I squeezed them something kinda hard came out and then I started to bleed ALOT. it dont inch. it dont really hurt much. i searched up about pubic lice aka crabs...it dont sound like that what it is. I take good care of myself and shower regulary. I dont understand what this is. im so scared. i never have cheated on my husband and never will...im scared he gave me something from sleeping around or something. though it's just not something he'd do. I'm just seriously sooo scared. please help.
i hope its just that im allergic. and these would be some weird looking zits if that what they were. lol. they are flat. and red. then i squeezed them and a hard white thing came out, not like what comes out of a white head when u pop it...but like a flat hard thing..itd hard to describe. ick. i feel so gross.
and another thing, my baby and I been visiting with my parents for a few weeks. I am going back home to him...Im so scared he is gonna see this and think I was out cheating on him. I would never do that. I'm just scared!!
 
Go see a dr! It could be something serious and some things can be developed, so you don't have to automatically assume something bad of your husband. If you're worried about what he'd say just see the dr first and try to rule things out the best you can. Make sure to talk it over with your husband, honesty is always best. Hope all is well.
 
depending on the size and color of the spots, they could be tiny burst blood vessels. They can come from anything, even just being active, and can appear Anywhere! Just to be on the safe side, I'd make a quick dr. appt, and also ask your husband what he thinks of them.

It could be a lot of things. If you shave that area it could be irritated skin, clogged pores and ingrown hairs that are causing that. You could also be having an allergic reaction to something such as the detergent you wash your underwear with, the condoms you use, etc. If you're terribly worried you should probably check with your doc, but it doesn't *sound* terribly serious. Could even be zits. :)
