IM SKINNY TRYING TO BULK UP, HOW TO WARM UP, BIKE BAD DOESNT IT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT.?

IVE BEEN USING THE BIKE BEFORE USING MACHINES AND WEIGHTS AT THE GYM AS A WARMUP TO GET A BIT SWEATY AND WARM. BUT IS THIS GOING TO EFFECT ME TRYING TO BULK UP IF I DO 10 MINS B4 AND AFTER MY WORKOUT?
 
Everybody has to warm up, and the more you start to lift close to the maximum of your potential, the more important it will be. The reason people say not to warm up for bulking is because they think it will use up the stored glycogen in the muscles, but that's nonsense. 5-10 minutes of walking or running won't do that. Only long duration cardio will start to even get close to depleting glycogen.

So yes, warm up however you wish.
