Im scared of my cell phone?
I keep my cell phone turned off most of the time latley and im almost scared to turn it on because of my ex. Eveery time i turn it on i either get upset because he hasnt texted me or i get upset by what he says in messages.
All i want to do it ignore him but i cant keep my phone off forever. It just becomes like an obsession when i have it on to see if he called or texted me.
Its the craziest thing ever to be scared of my cell phone right hahah
Why do i feel like this lol
By the way I do want to talk to him more than anything i just hate feeling hurt multiple times week
