Six pack!
I have a little fat on my stomach, not much at all,
I feel really unfit though, and i'd love a six pack,
can anyone give me specific help please,
and detailed thanks
 
people try all the time to get rid of fat by not doing anything. Basically, it's impossible. It takes work to get rid of that fat. The common impression most people have, and I myself did too, is that "losing weight is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard! There's no way I can do it!" All it takes is a littlleee bit of motivation. Getting down to the gym a few times a week and managing what you eat. Do that and I swear upon a stack of any scripture you worship that you will become fit. I guarentee. I was in your boat once. Try joining the forums at www.muscleandstrength.com , that's where I got all my help losing weight and becoming fit. Trust me, it's not as difficult as people say it is, you just need to want it!
