i just started exercising last week, monday. ive been to the gym every day except last friday and today, since then. ive been doing alot of exercise - classes too. i've also been eating a little bit less.
this is me going from absolutely NO exercise to large amounts of exercise (for me).
i just got on the scale today, and i put on half a kilo. what the hell? can anyone explain this to me - am i doing something wrong?
(any exercise tips too, if you have any - im trying to lose as much weight as possible before i go back to my old country of residence to visit [my boyfriend cheated on me several times and i want to get back at him, in a way ^^])
