Firstly if they are gonna be in the same box, make sure that each speaker is in a separate chamber (basically each sub in its own box, but looks like 1 big enclosure).

Secondly, there is no way u can wire them all off one amp. U will prob need 2 Monoblock amps (1 for the 2 10" and another for the 2 12" subs). the other 10" you can wire up to a four channel amp with the rest of you speakers (splits/coaxials).
The Wattage required on the amps will depend on the RMS ratings and Ohms on your subs.

Anyway I don't think this system gona sound very good. better to swap some of you subs and try to get 3 or 4 of the same sub. It will be much easier to tune and you'll be able to run them all off 1 good Amp.

Why would you do this? It is most likely going to sound like crap. Get four 10's or 12's- all the same brand and model. For amplification, you need either one powerful amp, or two identical amps. Decide what you want, sub wise, then you to figure out your wiring options- based on voice coil configuration- then decide what to do about the amp situation. Depends on your budget, goals, how much room you have for the enclosure for the subs.
