im pregnat and when i have sex i get swalloen?

im 15 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of days when me and my partner have sex i get really swalloen down there and it doesnt really hurt its just really uncomfortable, I also cant wash it because it stings a lot, its not an std or anything iv been checked please helppp
