Im pregnant and getting sharp pain please help?

Okay im like 2 weeks pregnant if that. i missed my period i have implantion bleeding. and 2 days ago i been getting this stinging, pain in my lower stomach, i been getting pain in my neck, thieghs, and like i think im having a miscariagge but im only bleeding, light pink and i only had one dark red spot, and brown, im not bleeding anymore though, just keep getting back shooting pain in lower stomach what is it
 
How do you know you are pregnant? no one is really ever 2 weeks pregnant because the pregnancy is always measured from the first day of you last period. That means 2 weeks after the first day of you last period (is about) when you ovulate and there are usually not enough hormones to detect pregnancy until you are at least 4 weeks pregnant. Some people 5 or more weeks pregnant. If you are really worried about your body go to the dr they can do a blood test that will measure the hormone and if it doesn't double then you are probably having a miscarriage. Good luck
 
Oh don't worry it's all good I had sharp pains too when I was six months pregnant and my doctor told me it's because your insides are stretching but you should still ask your doctor hey ever girl is different
 
if you've missed your period you're more than 2 weeks pregnant, you count from the date of your last period. so say your period was on march 8th, that would make you exactly 4 weeks pregnant because today is the 8th.
Some pain is normal, and a little blood is normal, but if you think the pain is more, than what normal should be... go get checked out. and you need to go to the doctor if you havent already.
