I'm 14 my birthday is August 10 I'm in 9th grade but I'm homeschooled and I gaet picked on in school for years which caused me to be homeschooled,I hate God for putting me through this he made me gay and I wanna be a woman,and I'm not smart I'm dumb I dont know work I will fail if I go back to school,I will not make it to college,I wish I could have my childhood back cause I will do anything to get it back,can my parents buy me an apartment and a sex change so I can be a woman and date men?
 
They could, but you can not force them to buy you either. You will be 16 so you can be legally emancipated. Nonetheless, unlesss you pay for the sex change (must be 18 or over) and apartment, it is your parents who will decide.
 
God did not make you anything--you made yourself. Stop blaiming God for your troubles.
